Personal Case 101 Name: Victor O'Connor
Concealing his true identity behind a mask of kindness and amicability, Victor O'Connor works as a butcher in the small town of Providence. However, not a single soul knows of his dark side.
Victor is a serial killer. When he turned five years old, his mother committed suicide and his father refused custody of the boy and his father refused custody of the boy and his older brother, Sam. Victor was diagnosed with bipolar I disorder. During high school, he raped one of his classmates and was consequently sought by authorities for a long period of time. Victor reveals his true face only to his victims, who oftentimes end up among other goods on his shop stalls.

- The Butcher was likely inspired by Jason Voorhees as both are tall, imposing, muscular men who wear a mask to conceal their true identities, he also could be inspired by The Trapper from Dead By Daylight as they both are the beginner killers the player starts as.
